I know how hard staying on top of social media messages can be. Social Media Messaging Triage Services is a new service.
Messages sent to an Instagram or Facebook page will be triaged. Simple questions such as how much products/services cost, how to place an order, where to look on the website, how to purchase etc. will be triaged based on the needs of the client and sent off to the client as deemed appropriate and necessary.
Clients using this service will provide necessary information to answer inquiries over Instagram and Facebook messaging.
Please note messaging triage operates from 8 am - 10 pm - Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours will be done by the client including stat holidays.
These services are billed monthly and at the end of each month, I will provide clients with a log triaged messages. This log may be useful in helping to build content for social media pages.
