Starting January 1, 2025, custom orders will require a non-refundable $5 design fee per design.  This fee will be applied to your order total and you will be invoiced the final balance once your proof is approved.

All mugs are 15 oz and are dishwasher and microwave safe.  Available mugs include white and white with black handle/inside.  Confirmation of inventory can be reviewed prior to purchase.  

All orders take a minimum of 5 business days to process from the time the proof is approved and payment received.  

 Please note that due to the nature of custom requests, we do not accept refunds.
