Collection: Custom Products

This collection is for custom orders.  We do not accept rush orders for custom requests.  

Starting January 1, 2025, custom orders will require a non-refundable $5 design fee per apparel item.  This fee will be applied to your order total and you will be invoiced the final balance once your proof is approved.

Size charts and colour recommendations will be available once your order is submitted.  

A proof will be sent via email to the email provided.  If a proof is not approved within 5 days of the email, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded, less $1.50 for our website processing fee and your design fee will not be refunded.

All orders take a minimum of 5 business days to process from the time the proof is approved and payment received.

Please ensure you review your proof carefully for spelling, grammar, accurate dates etc.  Your order will print as is and we take no responsibility for any errors once your proof is approved.  

Custom apparel is non-refundable.
